Confirming and applying your credit card is for the purpose of securing your appointment for hair services at The Willow Salon with Jena Beaubien, and you will not be charged if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your actual appointment time. However, its not refundable if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your actual appointment time or if a no show acruses. Being 15 minutes or more late with no notification is considered a no show. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged. If cancelling it has to be made by written request through text to Jena 406-890-3915 for your protection and to avoid any conflict. Thank you.
